It is the same problem like I got with my old Retail-Version of the game. Nothing worked even Google doenst know an answer. I tried everything like re-install, starting as an admin or looking into the game files.
When i enter a mission again the sound just works if I enable the music in the options and set it a maximum (but the music doesnt even play, there is just awkward silence), the other sound triggers in the options dont even have an impact to the ingame sound.īut as soon as I leave the mission again and going back to the Menu there is no sound anymore again. When I first started SS1 & 2 everything was perfect with it, but as soon as I switched back to the Menu every single sound file is gone expect the sound when you smash the menu button ingame. I am missing my sound during "playing" the game, in Sudden Strike 1 AND in 2.
